Education: Lawyer graduated from the University of Chile, holding a LLM in International Economic Law and Policy (IELPO), issued by the University of Barcelona, a LLM © in International Contracts granted jointly by the American University, Washington D.C. USA and the University of Chile, and a Graduate Certificate in International Contracts and Business Law by the American University. He holds also various certificates in International Law and International Relations issued by the Faculty of Law and the International Relations Institute of the University of Chile.

Professional Background: Pablo has focused his professional practice mainly working in Law Firms, in the field of corporative law and investment abroad; he worked also in a large domestic company of foreign owners as lawyer in house, and served as legal advisor in the field of economic law in the Ministry of Finance of Chile.

Membership: Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G, and the French Chilean Chamber of Commerce.
